Growing up as the granddaughter of a master baker means you develop a love of great food early in life. When I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I made it my mission to find a way to enjoy my grandmother's delicious recipes in gluten-free form and Becca's Gourmet Goodies was born.
Our philosophy is that gluten-free eating doesn't have to be a hardship... it can be flavor on a gluten free canvas.
We do not use artificial sweeteners or flavorings and grind much of our rice flour and other grains in house to ensure ingredient quality, freshness and texture. We work in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen and do not allow any gluten in the building. We do use a variety of high quality nuts (including peanuts) in our products.
